By using Taxi Service LLC’s website, booking platform, or any of our transportation services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

Taxi Service LLC provides a booking and dispatch platform for  transportation services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of Third-Party Drivers and Services

Taxi Service LLC may fulfill bookings through third-party drivers and services, including platforms such as Uber, Lyft, or local transportation providers. These drivers operate independently and are not employees of Taxi Service LLC. All drivers are expected to maintain proper licensing and commercial insurance. Taxi Service LLC acts solely as a dispatch and booking coordinator. We are not liable for delays, damages, or incidents caused by third-party drivers.

3. User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking information (pickup, drop-off, time, contact details)

  • Being available at the pickup location on time

  • Notifying us promptly of any delays or changes

  • Treating drivers respectfully and complying with local laws

Taxi Service LLC reserves the right to refuse service for any behavior deemed abusive or unsafe.

4. Pricing & Payment

All fares are calculated based on location, distance, vehicle type, and other relevant factors. Prices are shown at the time of booking and may include additional fees such as tolls or service charges.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and online payment platforms.

5. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed, and a confirmation email is sent. We reserve the right to cancel or modify a booking due to availability or system errors.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Bookings canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup will receive a full refund.

  • Late Cancellation: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup are non-refundable.

To cancel a booking, contact us via phone or email with your booking reference number.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Taxi Service LLC is not liable for:

  • Traffic delays, weather conditions, or road closures

  • Items lost or left in vehicles

  • Personal injury, accidents, or damages caused by third-party drivers

Customers agree to use the service at their own risk. We provide no guarantees beyond those stated.

8. Insurance

Third-party drivers are required to carry valid commercial vehicle insurance. Taxi Service LLC does not provide direct passenger insurance or vehicle coverage.

9. Changes to Bookings

To request changes to an existing booking, contact our support team. Changes are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.

10. Privacy Policy Summary

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Seattle, Washington.
